Bont Teal Suede Prostar Roller Skate

The Suede Prostar skate is designed to be light, responsive and is heat moldable. 
The thermoplastic in the heel allows you to mold your boot with a hairdryer to obtain a custom fit in under 10 minutes. This is especially good for skaters with skinny or wide ankles. 
The boot is made with suede and features replaceable rubber bumper toe protection, an adjustable velcro top strap, and rear heel loop to put your laces through. 
The Prodigy plate has a 20-degree action. The package will come with Glide wheels made with premium high rebounding urethane, rounds out the super-light Prostar package.

The Bont Prodigy roller skate plate offers a lightweight and affordable great for beginners and recreational skaters. The base is a nylon and fiberglass composite with 20-degree action aluminum trucks and adjustable Allen screw toe stops. The plate works perfectly for indoor and outdoor skating as well as rink skating and roller derby. This roller skate plate has been tested by Bont’s roller derby team to ensure it can withstand the toughest roller derby bouts. This roller skate plate is designed by Bont in Sydney, Australia. This plate is also for fresh meat roller derby skaters. The wheels are locked in place with nuts on 8mm axles.

The Glide roller skate wheel is a 78A street wheel made with super high rebound urethane. This roller skate wheel is smooth as silk to skate on and soaks up the bumps. It has great grip and is perfect for skating on asphalt, concrete, or urethane coated surfaces such as tennis courts.
This roller skate wheel has a classic chevron pattern in pastel colors that will match any pastel-colored boot. 
The glide wheel is 57mm in diameter.
The Park Flow (99a)($20 extra for these) is not an outdoor road wheel, it's designed for skaters who prefer skating open street skate parks, DIY spots, halfpipes and bowls. You can use to skate on the road but it is not as smooth as skating with a soft 78a - 85a outdoor wheel. 
 
The Bont ABEC 5 roller skate bearing has been designed for the elite quad roller skater but the price makes them perfect for fresh meat skaters. The double shields assist in keeping the dust and dirt out. With exceptionally low rolling resistance and pre-lubricated with a light racing oil developed for our elite roller derby team, you are competition-ready straight out of the box!
 
Skate boots are not like your average shoe. For maximum control, your boots need to fit like a second skin. That is why Bont boot sizing is NOT the same as your US shoe size or other skate brand sizing.
Wear the type of socks you’ll wear with your boots. Distribute weight evenly before measuring.
STEP 1
On a hard surface, tape a piece of blank paper to the floor. Stand up straight with your foot on the paper. Your heel should be barely touching the wall or not at all. DO NOT push heel into the wall as it will produce incorrect length measurements.
STEP 2
Mark the longest part of your foot (heel-to-toe length) and widest part of your foot on the paper with a pen or pencil. If your heel is away from the wall trace around your whole foot. Make sure your pen is held vertically, not at an angle. Repeat with the other foot, as the right and left foot may be different sizes.
STEP 3
Use a ruler to measure the heel-to-toe length for each foot.
