Return policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping cost and $5 restocking fee.

Standard roller skates can be returned or exchanged within 21 days of receipt. In order to be acceptable for refund or exchange, products must show no sign of use (in new condition) and must be returned in their original packaging. We cannot accept skates back that have been used.

Customers are responsible for the full shipping cost of any item returned to be exchanged for a different size or any item that is for return.

Return shipping costs will be covered if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

To make a return or exchange you must email us at orders@tzzz.ca or call us at (780) 223-4166. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if items are not returned in a timely manner. Any return or exchange requests made without previous contact after 21 days will not be eligible.

International Orders must be returned as a return on the customs paperwork and not as a sale to avoid the business being taxed twice on items. please make sure you are ordering the right item and size before ordering to avoid this.

Refund Policy

Orders that are cancelled after payment has been made will be refunded by the method paid less any service fees incurred. Store credit for the original charge can be applied as an alternative.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package to the store, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 

Gift certificates are not eligible for refund.

Clearance items can not be returned for refund.

Shipping Time

Shipping time is approximately within 24 hours. Delivery will be found through tracking supplied when order ships. Refunds and cancellation after an order has been made will incur the service fee by the method the order was paid if we have already processed the payment.
